Terms & Conditions

ZTAG Singapore · Last updated 1 September 2026

These terms govern use of the ZTAG website and the smart business card subscription and digital profile services offered through ztag.sg. By registering, subscribing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service and subscription

ZTAG provides smart business card and related digital profile services. Subscription plans, features, prices and renewal periods are those shown or agreed at the time of purchase. Where a plan renews automatically, the applicable renewal information should be disclosed during purchase or account administration.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting your login credentials and keeping your profile details current. You must promptly notify ZTAG if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may use ZTAG only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to publish or transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious or otherwise prohibited content, interfere with service security, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse another person’s data.

4. Public profile content

You choose the information published on your ZTAG profile and are responsible for having the necessary rights or permissions to publish it. Because ZTAG profiles are designed to be shared, recipients may save or redistribute information that you make public.

5. Intellectual property

ZTAG branding, software, website design, graphics and other proprietary materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit ZTAG proprietary materials without authorisation.

6. Third-party services

ZTAG profiles can link to third-party services such as messaging, social media, maps, review sites or payment platforms. Those services are operated under their own terms and policies. ZTAG is not responsible for third-party availability, content or practices.

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

8. Refund and cancellation

Unless a different written offer or mandatory consumer law applies, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the service has been supplied. If ZTAG is unable to provide a paid service because of a verified technical failure attributable to ZTAG, an appropriate remedy may include service restoration, extension, credit or a proportionate refund depending on the circumstances. You may cancel future renewal subject to the cancellation process applicable to your plan.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZTAG is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party platforms, user-published public information, or events outside ZTAG’s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Suspension or termination

ZTAG may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach of these terms or protection of users and the service. Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to remedy a breach.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law and changes

These terms are subject to the mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to the ZTAG service supplied in Singapore. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will be published on this website.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent to support@ztag.sg.

This version is a clearer and more balanced rewrite of ZTAG’s existing website terms. It should be reviewed by qualified local counsel before launch, particularly for subscription renewal, refund, consumer-protection and dispute provisions.
